MBF Board Members break ground on Dow Diamond, April 11, 2006.
The Michigan Baseball Foundation was established to bring affordable, family-friendly entertainment to Mid-Michigan. Through the Great Lakes Loons and the team's brand new stadium, Dow Diamond, the MBF hopes to revitalize and reinvigorate the region and promote greater economic and civic prosperity.
MBF is a Michigan non-profit corporation and a 501(c)(3) non-profit, in accordance with the IRS, formed for the purpose of supporting regional youth organizations. The foundation received initial funding from the following sources:
